NEW BEGINNERS CLASS! - You have probably read about the benefits of practicing yoga, especially in today’s busy, modern world. For this reason I want to make yoga accessible to everyone and offer those who haven’t tried it before the chance to do so at their own pace, without fear of not knowing the names of the poses or not being able bend that way! We were all beginners once. This class will take it slowly, incorporating meditation and breathing exercises along with mindfully improving techniques and asanas (that’s poses).
